We come here every bit a grouping and cannot love information technology more we all do. The staff at this park are all astounding. They actually desire your stay to be special. The park itself is well maintained and information technology is clean. The trees and the river are so relaxing. The river is so much fun to take right there. We are always sad to get out and happy to return.

I'1000 writing this review with mixed emotions. I stayed at this park from Early December 2016 through early February 2017. This was a winter stay and it was 1 of the wettest winters in Calif history The park sits right on the Feather River and has great fishing access and views of wildlife. The river does become up and down in levels equally they release varying amounts of h2o from the Oroville Dam. The owners and staff were outstanding. The consistently helped me when I had bug and were very squeamish. It was occasionally difficult to go in bear on with the role every bit information technology was frequently airtight while out doing errands. Even so, I found it very disappointing that during the coldest function of the year the restroom door did not fit and could not be closed. No estrus was provided to the restrooms and so showers were out of the question. The reason given for no heat was the "homeless take it over". Not sure why a simple keylock like near parks wouldn't solve the trouble. WiFi is provided with typical RV park functioning. They have 3rd party wi-fi with practiced performance for $70 per month with a $100 "setup". I was told several times afterward asking it was a deposit, simply when left, was told it was a setup fee. So although pricey, the service is practiced. While at that place are some sites with concrete pads, well-nigh sites were muddy, and it never seemed to dry out out. Some pathway and road dark lights exist, but many of them were out and of piddling help at dark. Deport a flashlight. Park consists of by and large permanent residents and pupil at a nearby ability linemans' school leading to a lot of messy sites. Behind us was a bumper pull trailer with stacks of junk piled effectually the trailer, along with 3 unlicensed vehicles filled to the roof with cans and junk. Trash can was located not far from his trailer. Another site had a permanent 5 pes high canis familiaris kennel with a German Shepard that got little attending from it's owner. This park has and then much potential, simply needs to practice a few things: Gear up the restroom door, provide rut to restroom, prepare the not-funtional street lights, and get some gravel in to allay some of the mud winter or wet flavor campers have to put upward with.
